Dean has over 22 years of experience selling and marketing in the Unified Communications space. He spent 7 years in Seattle cutting his teeth selling PBX and Contact Center technology for a value added reseller. Starting with traditional providers such as Avaya, Toshiba, and Siemens, he then quickly moved into the early days of IP telephony and non-traditional contact centers with companies such as Interactive Intelligence, Cisco, 3Com, and Vertical Networks.
After moving to the Bay Area 15 years ago, Dean expanded his focus to the contact center, customer experience, and the early adoption of UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. For the past 5 years, Dean has been working at Fuze in Product, Marketing, and Sales to help educate prospects and customers on the benefits of UCaaS and Fuze’s role in the enterprise market.
